In their release the Brownback supporters stated that “Senator Brownback is the true choice for those who care about the right to life and the sanctity of marriage”
In what some might see as a jab at Governor Romney, who has recently been accused of flip-flopping on many issues that are important to social conservative, one supporter insists of Brownbacks’s proving record of conservative leadership that “We know consistent leadership when we see it. For this reason, Senator Brownback is the clear choice.”
